Dairy Farm Assistant (6 months)

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year previous dairy farming experience and at least a restricted drivers licence. Agricultural qualification/certificate is preferred but not essential. Applicants are required to provide farming related references and have proven dairy farm, tractor and motorbike experience. This position is for a dairy farm assistant located 50km north of Invercargill. Some duties will include milking 650 cows through a Bale Rotary shed, shed set up and hygiene, calf rearing, maintaining animal health and other general farm duties.
